Every cycle is a chapter in the story of womanhood—strong, natural, and beautiful. In a community where menstruation is surrounded by taboos and misinformation, keeping people from understanding essential menstrual health practices are far more than a necessity. Even a menstrual cup, a sustainable choice, still face skepticism due to those outdated beliefs. By choosing silence about periods, we allow the stigma that shames our bodies to grow; but with each conversation, we reclaim our power and dismantle the taboos that hold us back. In the spirit of challenging these myths, STEPS proudly presents Rithu an event devoted to dispelling misconceptions and nurturing open discussions about menstrual health.
